Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior technical leadership roles (Senior Manager to VP), including calibration, sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiation.. . Design and execute customized search strategies for niche leadership positions in platform, infrastructure, security, product, and data engineering.. . Build and nurture pipelines of high-impact passive candidates through proactive sourcing, org mapping, and strategic engagement.. . Partner closely with founders and department heads to define role expectations and implement structured hiring frameworks (scorecards, rubrics, interviews).. . Analyze funnel metrics and candidate feedback to optimize recruiting strategies and boost conversion rates.. . Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a trusted advisor to executive-level candidates navigating multiple opportunities.. .
