VP of Sales at SMB Team. The SMB Team is the fastest-growing digital marketing and coaching business for attorneys nationwide and we are looking for a VP of Sales to join our team!. We’re looking for a hands-on, growth-obsessed VP of Sales to own all new-revenue generation for our industry-leading law firm marketing, coaching & fractional executive business and eventually for emerging verticals. You’ll partner closely with the CEO, CMO & COO to optimize existing inbound channels, architect and launch new demand streams, stand up a best-in-class outbound sales organization, and drive our upgrade / account expansion strategy. You will own the entire front end of the revenue engine, from lead generation to closed-won contracts and upsells.. The choice is yours!. The salary for this role is $200,000 base + variable comp up to 100% of salary. . Key Responsibilities:. . Inbound Pipeline Optimization & Management. . Outbound Sales Organization Build Out, Systemization & Management. . Team Training & Development Methodology. . Upgrade & Account Expansion Strategy & Execution. . Lead Cross-Functional Operations - between marketing/sales and sales/delivery. . New Channel & Vertical Expansion Revenue Growth. . Revenue Performance & Financial Forecasting. . . Proven Track Record: 3+ years in revenue leadership (CRO, CSO, VP Sales, Director of Sales, etc…) driving ARR from $30M → $100M+.. . Industry Experience: Experience in scaling a B2B business services or high-touch SaaS company. Legal industry understanding is a plus.. . Inbound Experience: Deep knowledge & experience in building and managing demand-generation systems. This includes an understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media and all inbound channels.. . Outbound Experience: Deep knowledge & experience in building and managing a modern outbound sales team, including cold email, gifting and outreach methods (at scale), with segmented BDR, SDR & Closer teams.. . Data-Driven Operator: Strong financial and analytical skills—comfortable building forecasts, P&Ls, and using CRM/BI tools to drive decisions.. . Team Builder & Coach: Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and scale high-performing BDR, SDR & Closer teams.. . Strategic & Tactical: Adept at setting multi-year revenue plans and rolling up sleeves on messaging, playbooks, and deal coaching when needed.. . Exceptional Communicator: Able to align and influence sales team in collusion with C-suite, and cross-functional stakeholder goals.. .
