Develop 12-month roadmaps across creative, performance, and CRO.. . Set ambitious, data-driven KPIs for acquisition and retention.. . Conduct competitor analysis and market research to uncover growth opportunities.. . Client Leadership. . Act as strategic anchor for key accounts, linking actions to business outcomes.. . Align POD members (media buyers, creatives, AMs) to deliver results.. . Present insights and recommendations persuasively to senior stakeholders.. . Data & Optimisation. . Use Shopify, Triple Whale, and ad analytics to monitor performance.. . Translate raw data into actionable strategies and client recommendations.. .
