Deliver high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding financial inquiries and services. . Assist customers with questions about account management, transactions, and product offerings. . Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. . Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer inquiries. . Gather and report customer feedback to enhance our financial services. . Stay informed about trends in the finance industry to provide knowledgeable support. . .
