We move fast, we collaborate often, and we care deeply about the people we build for.. ​​We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead integration efforts with key external partners. This role is central to ensuring that loan officers experience a fast, seamless workflow inside the TrustEngine platform, by connecting the dots across systems behind the scenes.. As the PM, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to design and deliver integrated product experiences that feel simple to the end user. You’ll translate real-world friction into product decisions that eliminate complexity for lenders and loan officers, helping drive platform adoption and long-term value. You are deeply data-driven, constantly analyzing user behavior, support tickets, and onboarding drop-offs to identify patterns and drive meaningful improvements. . Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of integrations with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), pricing engines, CRMs, and other partner platforms. . Define requirements and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. . Own and continuously optimize the end-to-end client onboarding experience, identifying friction points and opportunities to accelerate time-to-value. . Anticipate and navigate dependencies, technical limitations, and evolving internal and partner roadmaps. . Make customers raving fans by utilizing deep empathy and a deep understanding of what is valuable to them. . Track usage trends and adoption barriers, then work cross functionally to create processes and solutions to attack both. . Define requirements such that engineering can translate into technical designs, goals, and tasks. . . 5+ years proven experience in product management or related roles throughout the product/engineering organization. . Experience working with LOS systems, PPEs, and CRMs. . Strong technical intuition; you’re comfortable talking to developers about architecture and APIs. . Experience delivering engaging, intuitive, and valuable user experiences. . Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills . . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, perform market research, and make data-driven decisions. . Proven ability to prioritize and execute in fast-moving environments. . Nice to Have. . Familiarity with the mortgage tech ecosystem. . Experience in high-growth SaaS or platform business. . Company Location: United States.
