Proven experience building high-throughput, low-latency systems . Strong fundamentals in system design, concurrency, scalability, and performance optimization . Preferred Qualifications. Prior experience in cybersecurity, threat detection, observability, or data security domains . Experience processing high-volume event streams such as logs, telemetry, or network data . Familiarity with Kafka, stateful stream processing, and real-time analytics . Experience working in high-growth or early-stage startup environments . Demonstrated track record of taking products from concept (0 → 1) to scale, or significantly optimizing existing systems . Key Leadership Expectations.
