We are currently looking for a Principal Solutions Architect in the United States.. As a Principal Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in shaping innovative solutions for complex digital services and technology projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, evaluate, and communicate technical approaches that align with client needs and organizational goals. This role focuses on early-stage ideation, technical evaluation, and proposal development, requiring strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills. You will help guide teams in developing scalable, secure, and user-centered solutions while mentoring colleagues and ensuring alignment across multiple projects. Accountabilities. . Conduct technical reviews of proposals and solicitation materials, documenting risks and mitigation strategies.. . Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives, translating them into actionable technical architectures, diagrams, and blueprints.. . Design and architect scalable, secure solutions aligned with best practices in digital services.. . Develop technical roadmaps and provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client needs.. . Evaluate and select technology stacks, tools, and frameworks that meet solicitation requirements.. . Support proposal writing, technical presentations, and oral presentations as part of solution delivery.. . Mentor teams across Growth, Design, Research, Engineering, Product, and Project Management on systems thinking and solutions architecture.. . Assist in transition management during contract start-up, providing technical consulting and client-facing support as needed.. . . Minimum of 8 years of experience leading and working with technical teams across Product, Design, Research, and Engineering in agile environments; federal digital services experience preferred.. . Minimum of 4 years creating and delivering demos, presentations, proposals, architecture diagrams, and technical solutions.. . Experience responding to federal and state RFPs and RFIs, facilitating cross-disciplinary working sessions to achieve creative solutions.. . Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures.. . Strong understanding of web technologies, microservices, API design, integration patterns, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code.. . Experience building and implementing AI-driven solutions.. . Knowledge of security principles and best practices, including encryption, authentication, and authorization.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.. . Ability to cultivate relationships and drive prioritization across multiple projects.. . Must reside full-time in the contiguous United States and be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.. . Preferred: experience with multiple software development lifecycles (Scrum, SAFe), leading technical teams in code challenges, delivering digital services from idea to implementation, and familiarity with federal standards such as FedRAMP, FISMA, Section 508.. .
