Accountabilities:. . Plan and execute data-driven media buying strategies tailored to client goals and target demographics.. . Conduct thorough market research and leverage historical performance data to recommend media mixes and budget allocations.. . Launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.. . Continuously monitor performance KPIs (CPA, CPL, engagement, traffic) and proactively adjust bidding, targeting, and budgeting.. . Stay up to date with media platform innovations, including AI and automation tools, to maximize campaign efficiency.. . Manage daily and monthly media budgets, ensuring campaigns remain on track and within financial goals.. . Identify opportunities for cost savings and performance optimization without compromising impact.. . . Minimum 3 years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency or B2B tech recruitment environment.. .
