We are looking for a Compensation Manager to lead and enhance global total rewards strategies for a fast-growing, mission-driven tech organization. In this role, you will shape equitable, competitive compensation and equity programs that attract and retain top talent while aligning with business goals. Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Talent, and Leadership teams, you'll bring data-driven insights to compensation planning, pay equity, compliance, and stakeholder communication. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about building scalable rewards programs in a dynamic environment.. . Accountabilities:. . Design and manage competitive compensation and equity strategies that support company growth and employee engagement.. . Conduct detailed compensation analyses, job benchmarking, and market research to shape job architecture and reward systems.. . Oversee annual compensation cycles, equity grants, job leveling, salary structures, and compliance reporting.. . Support board reporting and partner with legal on equity governance and regulatory requirements.. . Lead pay equity initiatives through statistical analyses and program design, ensuring fairness and transparency.. . Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure consistency and alignment across programs.. . Create communication materials and deliver training sessions to help managers and employees understand compensation programs.. . Drive continuous improvement and innovation in total rewards through stakeholder feedback and industry best practices.. . . 7+ years of experience in total rewards or compensation roles within high-growth SaaS or tech companies.. . Expertise in compensation strategy, equity management, job leveling, and benchmarking.. . Hands-on experience with tools such as Radford, Mercer, Pave, or similar market compensation platforms.. . Strong data analysis and Excel skills; experience with HRIS and equity administration systems.. . Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and communicate complex data clearly.. . Experience with regulatory compliance and pay equity programs.. . Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to implementation and execution.. .
