We’re hiring an Associate Account Manager to keep client programs running smoothly across scripting, production, posting QA, and daily communications. You’ll support senior managers, maintain quality standards, and help boost client engagement and retention.. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing client communication, content quality control, and cross-team coordination.. What You’ll Do. Reporting & Client Tracking. . Update reports, dashboards, and Airtable with accurate data. . Monitor client communications, response times, and activation milestones. . Verify client compliance with contract terms. . . Program Operations. . Manage client communications and route requests to the right teams. . Track client account health and flag issues early. . Keep dashboards and deliverables current. . . Content & Scripting Support. . Research and draft short-form video scripts (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts). . Stay on top of social trends and competitive content. . Review post performance, audit profiles, and check content quality. . . Production Management. . Review raw footage and share feedback with editors. . Audit posted content and escalate major issues when needed. . Provide light production support (lighting, audio, framing). . . Client Collaboration. . Join client onboarding calls and check-ins. . Provide clear meeting recaps and action items. . Work closely with production, billing, and ad teams. . . What Makes You Successful. . Experience in social media management. . Strong communication skills (written and spoken English). . Comfortable with reporting tools (Excel/Sheets; Airtable a plus). . Ability to track details across multiple platforms (Google Drive, Slack, etc.). . Organized and proactive with client-facing work. . . Time Commitment. . Manage 20+ client accounts at once. . New accounts need 12+ weeks of high-touch support before lighter maintenance. . Available Monday–Friday, 9–5 (MST) for Slack and client needs. . Attend daily team huddles, weekly one-on-ones, and company all-hands. . . Compensation. 1099 contractor role, paid per active client account.. . Typical workload: 20–40 accounts. .
