We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Japan market, with a particular focus on the Kansai (Osaka) region. This role will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing portfolio of business partnerships while directly leading sales initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets.. . Drive Sales Growth – Own the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.. . Business Development – Actively identify, qualify, and secure new partnership opportunities in the Japan market, while expanding revenue from existing partners.. . Partner Enablement – Plan and execute training, onboarding, and continuous support for assigned partners to strengthen their sales capabilities.. . Sales Support & Co-Selling – Join partner sales meetings and negotiations with prospective customers to assist in deal closure, lead qualification, and solution presentation.. . Commercial Negotiations – Lead partnership and customer discussions, including refining sales pitch content, aligning on target customers, and negotiating pricing and contracts to maximize profitability.. . Account & Relationship Management – Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on short, medium, and long-term goals while keeping partners motivated and engaged.. . Market & Pipeline Strategy – Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to build a robust sales pipeline and define go-to-market strategies aligned with Japan market objectives.. . 🎯 Qualifications (Must Have). . BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience. . 3–5 years of proven success in sales management, business development, partnership management, or channel sales, with hands-on experience in new business acquisition. . Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese for effective engagement with clients, partners, and internal teams. . Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail. . Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities. . Confident presenter with the ability to deliver compelling pitches and lead successful commercial negotiations. . 🏅 Preferred Experiences (Nice to Have). . Experience in radiology equipment or AI-based software solutions. . Background as a customer-facing leader for a fast-growing SaaS or technology-driven business. . Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT). . Experience working in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment. .
