Lead the SaaS technical onboarding for new clients, including data requirements discovery and platform configuration.. . Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding troubleshooting of platform, integration, and configuration issues.. . Assist client's operations with using the DSCOVR API for CRM and HR integrations and optimizing datasets for information exchange.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.. . Proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English.. . 2+ years of experience in a similar role (data integration, implementation, technical support) within SaaS, CRM or HR technology, or sales engagement solutions.. . Strong skill in data manipulation using ETL and SQL.. . Basic knowledge of DBT (Data Build Tool). . Progamming skills in Python. . Experience with API integrations and understanding of web technologies (RESTful).. . Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.. .
