You’ll focus on building relationships, developing new opportunities, and driving revenue growth across foodservice, retail, and distribution channels.. Key Responsibilities. Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market presence across multiple channels.. Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring strong long-term partnerships.. Identify and secure new business opportunities, including national accounts and emerging sectors.. Partner with internal teams on promotions, launches, and seasonal programs.. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and programs with distributors and key accounts.. Provide market intelligence on competitors, consumer trends, and opportunities.. Represent the company at customer events, industry functions, and trade shows.. Report on sales performance, forecasts, and results to senior leadership.. Who You Are. . 5+ years of progressive sales experience (CPG, foodservice, or related industries preferred).. . Strong relationship builder with a proven record of revenue growth.. . Experienced negotiating with distributors and retail buyers.. . Natural leader who inspires and motivates others.. . Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves.. .
