We are currently hiring a Senior Associate, Executive Office who will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of our consumer business. You will lead strategic and operational initiatives that improve how we attract, convert, and retain individual customers. It’s a strong fit for someone with deep product marketing or product management experience, especially if you’ve scaled a consumer product or built something from scratch. . . Lead and drive the growth of our consumer business across all channels, including digital acquisition, conversion, and retention.. . Develop and execute strategies to scale adoption of our health plans and services for individual customers.. . Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and Executive teams to align on consumer initiatives and ensure successful delivery.. . Analyze performance data to uncover insights, shape decisions, and improve business outcomes.. . Own strategic projects tied to consumer business performance and operational efficiency.. . Serve as a trusted operational and strategic partner to senior leadership, helping translate priorities into executable plans.. . Represent the voice of the consumer across the business, ensuring customer needs are met at every stage.. . . Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, consulting, or startup leadership roles.. . Proven experience in scaling consumer products, ideally in tech-enabled or digital health businesses.. . Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to distill complex data into clear action.. . Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with cross-functional teams.. . Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.. . Strong execution ability and comfort with managing multiple initiatives at once.. . Company Location: Nigeria.
