Handle customer inquiries related to transportation services, scheduling, and pricing via phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages.. . Provide detailed information regarding shipping options, delivery timelines, and service regulations.. . Assist customers with booking procedures, changes, and cancellations of transportation services.. . Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to ensure a positive experience.. .
