As a member of our customer service team, you will help clients navigate their transportation needs while providing timely and accurate information.. Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries related to transportation services, scheduling, and pricing via phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages.. . Provide detailed information regarding shipping options, delivery timelines, and service regulations.. . Assist customers with booking procedures, changes, and cancellations of transportation services.. . Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to ensure a positive experience.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.. . Work closely with operational teams to provide real-time updates and solutions to customers.. . Stay informed about transportation trends and service updates relevant to customers.. . . Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.. .
