Responsibilities. . Provide excellent customer service to customers in German and English.. . Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and complaints in a timely manner.. . Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.. . Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.. . Support customers with issues regarding payments, refunds, and returns.. . Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.. . Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and improvements.. . . Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. .
