We are seeking a Staff Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure that supports enterprise-grade applications. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, security, and product to ensure platform reliability and performance. Design, implement, and maintain highly available and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and related technologies.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, execution, and alignment across multiple technical domains.. . Lead and execute infrastructure initiatives that improve reliability, performance, and security across shared and squad-level codebases.. . Participate in on-call rotations as primary point of contact to maintain system reliability and respond to operational incidents.. . Mentor and support other engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and a positive team culture.. . Apply modern DevOps practices to optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and operational tooling.. . Stay up-to-date with emerging AI and security technologies, ensuring infrastructure meets industry standards and compliance requirements (FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO27001).. . . 8+ years of experience in Linux-based infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS), Terraform, Kubernetes, and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Cloudflare, OpenSearch).. . Expertise in Site Reliability Engineering with a strong focus on secure-by-default infrastructure design and contemporary InfraSec principles.. . Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions) and pipeline optimization.. . Proven track record of delivering complex projects quickly, often with dependencies across multiple technical and non-technical teams.. . Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.. . Willingness to participate in on-call rotation (once every four weeks, 9 am–9 pm PT / 12 pm–12 am ET).. . Familiarity with emerging AI technologies, model deployment, and data compliance practices.. .
