United States. .. In this role, you will help shape and elevate a dynamic, category-defining brand through visually compelling experiences at conferences, tradeshows, and live events. You will work closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to translate strategic vision into engaging design outputs across print, digital, and physical event spaces. This position offers creative ownership over the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to final execution, while collaborating with animators, event teams, and cross-functional partners. You will play a key role in crafting cohesive brand experiences that resonate with diverse audiences, ensuring each touchpoint reflects a strong, consistent visual identity. Your work will directly influence how audiences perceive the brand and engage with live and virtual events.. . Accountabilities. Lead the full design process for event-related projects, from initial concepts to execution.. Expand and maintain the brand system across various event materials, including signage, staging, wall decals, print collateral, swag, and on-site activations.. Collaborate with animators to produce motion-based assets for keynote presentations, webinars, and live-stream events.. Partner closely with corporate events and field marketing teams to ensure consistent branded experiences.. Continuously refine and elevate brand templates and design systems for event promotion.. Contribute creative ideas that advance the evolution of the brand and support organizational goals.. . 4+ years of professional design experience, preferably in-house or at a startup.. Strong portfolio showcasing brand design across multiple mediums and touchpoints.. Expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and composition.. Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale.. Critical thinking, storytelling ability, and openness to iterative feedback.. Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining attention to detail.. Collaborative mindset and ability to foster strong cross-functional relationships..
