We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team and help drive new business opportunities while fostering lasting client relationships.. As a Sales Executive, you will work independently and as part of a collaborative team within home services digital marketing vertical. You will possess a strong entrepreneurial drive, have a proven ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will excel at simplifying complex information, effectively communicate value propositions, and exceed sales targets.. Position Responsibilities:. . Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets. . Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including outbound outreach, referrals, and industry events. . Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring a consultative and client-focused approach. . Present and demonstrate RYNO’s services to prospective clients, emphasizing how our solutions align with their business goals. . Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including deal stages, activities, and client communications. . Establish trust and credibility with prospects and clients by delivering value and exceptional service. . Act as a knowledgeable resource on RYNO’s offerings and the industries we serve. . Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation efforts and messaging. . Partner with account managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless client onboarding experience. . Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. . Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance to leadership. . . 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or a related field. . Prior experience within Sales, Account Management and/or Business Development required. . Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. . Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. . Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. . Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement technologies. . Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed targets. . Adaptable, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. . Passion for delivering value to clients and helping businesses grow. . Ability to travel domestically . . The compensation for this salaried exempt opportunity includes a base salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, along with an uncapped commission incentive plan. This is our target base compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range, and include a commission incentive plan..
