The role of Data Analyst involves the use of information systems to detect chemical substance release/leaks from storage vessels. Your role will be to receive this information from clients in various formats - online, paper form etc and to process and analyze this information. You will apply sophisticated formulas to assess and report on substance losses. You will liaise with clients regarding their releases and data capture, and you will make recommendations as to how to remedy this issues.. . Supporting the team in information and data queries and technical issues. . Operate Titan Cloud software to process and analyze incoming data. . . Identify trends and exceptions correctly using analysis tools. . Publishing and reporting results across the three reporting platforms.. . Conducting investigation services as per client agreements. . Maintaining administration for all accounts including some account communication with the smaller to medium sized accounts. . . Deliver on analysis KPIs and agreed services. . Respond to internal helpdesk tickets or escalate where appropriate. . Work with the key customer account manager to provide technical support.. . Deliver training when required. . . . Bachelor's degree or equivalent. . 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role. . Strong excel and web based analytics skills. . Quick learner with attention to detail. . Problem solving and analytical skills with emphasis on developing data assets. . Excellent communications skills- written and spoken. .
