In this high-impact role, you will lead a talented marketing team while collaborating closely with sales and product teams to hit pipeline and revenue goals. . While this is are remote position, we are seeking candidates in the eastern time zone.. . Your Role:. Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Build and execute strategies across all growth marketing channels: paid media, email/lifecycle, marketing operations, content, and website optimization to drive leads and revenue. . Channel Partner Acquisition: Develop partner-led acquisition strategies in collaboration with Sales, delivering qualified leads to partners and supporting upsell strategies with our Customer Success team. . Marketing Operations & Analytics: Oversee martech tools, lead routing, and campaign measurement; define and report on full-funnel KPIs, working closely with our CRM, Rev Ops and data science team. . PR, Communications & Brand Elevation: Lead PR efforts, media relations, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen Sangoma’s market presence and brand credibility, working closely with our Design team. . Cross-Functional Leadership: Build strong relationships with sales, customer success, design, product, and engineering to align on growth strategies and ensure market impact. . Team Leadership: Mentor and develop marketers, manage agencies, and foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and performance. . . Your Background: . 6–8 years in B2B growth marketing, with at least 3+ years mentoring teams. . SaaS or telecom experience (UCaaS/CCaaS preferred) and a track record in partner-led growth models. . Deep expertise in demand generation, website optimization, marketing operations, and analytics. . Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Figma and project management platforms (e.g., Jira). . Data-driven decision-making mindset with a passion for testing, optimization, and scaling what works. . Experience thriving in fast-paced, agile environments while maintaining brand integrity and putting customers and partners first. . Company Location: United States.
