As part of our dynamic team, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries related to shipping, warehousing, and supply chain management while providing support in German.. Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries regarding logistics services, shipment tracking, and supply chain processes via phone, email, and chat in German.. . Provide accurate information on shipping rates, timelines, and customs regulations.. . Assist customers in resolving logistical issues and coordinating solutions effectively.. . Document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service resolution.. . Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to better assist our clients.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.. . Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.. . Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.. . Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.. .
