Accountabilities. . Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a diverse engineering team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.. . Oversee the design and development of new facility designs and product offerings, ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.. . Drive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with sales, manufacturing, and quality teams.. .
