We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C) to provide virtual mental health services to clients across the state of Maryland. Provide individual, couples, or group therapy via secure telehealth platforms. . Conduct psychosocial assessments and create personalized treatment plans. . Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with state regulations. . Engage in case management and referrals as needed. . Participate in optional team meetings, training, or peer consultations. . . Active and unrestricted LCSW-C license in Maryland (Required). . Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. . At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred). . Comfortable using EHR and video conferencing software. . Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills. . Cultural competence and commitment to serving diverse populations. .
