What You Must Bring. . . 8+ years of engineering experience. , including . 2–3 years in a senior leadership or director-level position. . . . Proven track record of . delivering high-impact projects. within . B2B SaaS. or . product-driven startup. environments. . . Strong . technical fluency. across . cloud-first architectures (AWS). , . API design. , and . visual web applications. . . . Minimum . 3 years of hands-on AWS experience. with services like EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM — with a sound understanding of cost, reliability, and architectural trade-offs. . . Experience working with . frontend frameworks like React. , especially in products with rich visual UX or creative/editor interfaces. . . Familiarity with backend technologies such as . FastAPI, Python, and Java/Spring. , with the ability to . evaluate technical decisions. and guide implementations. . . . 1+ years of experience with AI/ML or MLOps. workflows, including deploying models via .
