Customer Service Representative (Online Cannabis Dispensary) at Treantly. Join a supportive team helping customers with their online orders and product questions. We provide clear SOPs, hands-on training, and steady shifts so you can do your best work.. Tasks:. Help customers via chat, email, and phone with orders, delivery updates, and simple product questions.. Check IDs for age verification using our approved tools (we’ll train you).. Update orders (edits, cancellations, substitutions) and follow up on shipping/delivery issues.. Track each conversation with clean notes and tags so teammates can follow the story.. Work closely with our fulfillment and inventory teams to resolve issues quickly.. Share common customer pain points so we can improve our pages, FAQs, and policies.. Has at least 1 year of experience in the line of business Online Dispensary . Customer-first mindset and clear English communication (written and spoken).. E-commerce or retail support experience is helpful; cannabis experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train you on our products and policies.. Comfortable learning new tools (helpdesk, ID check, order systems).. Good attention to detail and a calm approach when problems come up.. Able to work evenings/weekends/holidays on rotation (overtime paid when applicable).. Nice-to-have:. Experience with Shopify/Dutchie/Jane or helpdesks like Zendesk/Gorgias/Freshdesk.. Familiarity with ID/KYC tools (e.g., Persona/Veriff/Trulioo).. Basic knowledge of product types (flower, vapes, edibles, oils) — we’ll provide a cheat sheet.. Company Location: Philippines.
