Experience supporting development teams in backlog grooming and sprint planning. Experience creating and maintaining product and end-user documentation. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify and structure complex information. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong organizational skills and ownership of deliverables and timelines. Upper-Intermediate+ English level. Adaptability and proactivity in dynamic project environments. Desirable:. Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot). Involvement in early-stage initiatives or PoC / MVP projects. Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage priorities and requested changes. Create and maintain clear, well-structured product and end-user documentation. Structure complex information into clear, actionable artifacts. Support continuous improvement of the requirements process.
