HR head at Weekday AI. This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. Min Experience: 10 years. JobType: full-time. As the HR Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end human resources function, including strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning & development, performance management, succession planning, compliance, compensation & benefits, and HR operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and foster a culture that promotes innovation, accountability, inclusion, and high performance.. Key Responsibilities:. . Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals and company vision. . . Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives to support scalability and future readiness. . . Drive end-to-end talent management including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention. . . Champion a performance-driven culture through robust appraisal systems, feedback mechanisms, and learning interventions. . . Partner with business leaders to design employee engagement programs that enhance morale, productivity, and retention. . . Oversee compensation and benefits strategies to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. . . Establish and continuously improve HR policies, systems, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. . . Lead diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and respectful workplace. . . Leverage data-driven HR analytics to monitor trends and guide decision-making. . . Coach, mentor, and develop the HR team into strategic business partners. . . Desired Candidate Profile:. . A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). . . 10–25 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership/HR Head role. . . Proven ability to lead HR strategy in medium to large organizations or fast-growing startups. . . Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation structures, HR technologies, and global HR practices. . . Demonstrated experience in driving large-scale HR transformation, organizational change, and cultural initiatives. . . Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. . . Strong business acumen with the ability to align people practices to commercial goals. . . High emotional intelligence, integrity, and a people-first approach.. . Company Location: India.
