You’ll be responsible for ensuring that . every deal, follow-up, and task is tracked, updated, and moving forward. —without anything slipping through the cracks.. What You’ll Be Doing. 1. BD Pipeline Management (50%). Own and manage the . deal pipeline inside HubSpot. . Track inbound interest, responses, and follow-ups across deals . Send . consistent follow-ups and reminders. on slow-moving opportunities (6–12 month cycles) . Maintain clean, structured CRM data (notes, stages, next steps) . Flag urgent items and ensure leadership stays on top of priorities . 2. Deal Execution Support (50%). Update and maintain . Excel templates. for deal tracking and reporting . Format data into . clean, presentable outputs (graphs, summaries, visuals). . Support preparation of . client-facing materials and pitch content. . Coordinate scheduling for meetings and deal-related calls . Provide . general operational and administrative support. . What Success Looks Like. HubSpot is . fully up to date, structured, and reliable. . Follow-ups are . sent consistently without being asked. . No deal or communication . falls through the cracks. . Excel reports are . clean, accurate, and delivered on time. . Leadership does . not need to chase you for updates. . Must Haves. . Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM. (deal tracking, tasks, follow-ups) . . Intermediate Excel skills. (formatting, templates, basic data handling) . Strong written English (you’ll be drafting follow-ups independently) . Extremely . organized and detail-oriented. . Comfortable with . high-volume follow-ups and repetitive tracking work. . Proactive mindset — you . flag issues before being asked. . Must be available to work . EST hours. . Must be based in . South Africa or Latin America. . Nice to Have (Not Required). Exposure to . finance, M&A, or investment banking environments. .
