Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) regarding home appliances.. . Provide assistance with product installation, troubleshooting, and warranty claims.. . Document all customer interactions for quality control and service improvement.. . Collaborate with technical support teams to address complex customer issues promptly.. . Stay updated on product features, manuals, and common troubleshooting techniques.. .
