In this role, you will be integral to the incident response function, helping identify, contain, and remediate security threats across complex, distributed environments. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a deep understanding of security technologies and cloud environments, and the ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Accountabilities:. ·         Assist in scoping, analyzing, and triaging security incidents to identify indicators of attack and compromise.. ·         Coordinate responses with security teams and provide guidance on remediation strategies.. ·         Maintain, develop, and implement incident response runbooks, capabilities, and techniques.. ·         Conduct security triage and analysis across endpoints, servers, and network infrastructure.. ·         Investigate the root cause of complex incidents and maintain high confidentiality standards.. ·         Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends to proactively improve security posture.. ·         Proven experience in cybersecurity incident response or related fields.. ·         Ability to analyze, triage, contain, and remediate security incidents in complex environments.. ·         Knowledge of major cloud providers, cloud security, networking, and hybrid/multi-cloud deployments.. ·         Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, Java, or similar languages.. ·         Experience with Linux and/or Mac administration; Network Security or Systems Administration experience preferred.. ·         Familiarity with enterprise security tools, processes, and monitoring.. ·         Experience supporting large, geographically distributed organizations.. ·         Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, SANS, GIAC, ethical hacking, penetration testing, or security risk assessment.. ·         Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills..
