This role offers the opportunity to lead payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all payroll processes. You will collaborate with HR colleagues, finance teams, and third-party providers to deliver seamless payroll services while driving process improvements and supporting business growth. The position combines hands-on payroll management with strategic input, including compliance with tax and audit requirements. Accountabilities. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:. . Managing payroll activities across designated EMEA countries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.. . Leading data input, updates, and changes within payroll systems while maintaining compliance with legal, tax, and audit requirements.. . Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records for payroll, taxes, and audits.. . Collaborating with HR, accounting, and external payroll providers to resolve issues and optimize processes.. . Supporting employee onboarding by setting up payroll accounts and serving as a key contact for payroll-related inquiries.. . Monitoring and analyzing payroll data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.. . Ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.. . The ideal candidate will bring:. . 5+ years of experience in a multinational payroll environment, with proven expertise in payroll operations.. . Strong knowledge of payroll systems; experience with Workday, Safeguard, TMF Horizon, or Abacus is a plus.. . Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and related reporting tools.. . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.. . Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.. .
