Accountabilities. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:. . Managing payroll activities across designated EMEA countries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.. . Leading data input, updates, and changes within payroll systems while maintaining compliance with legal, tax, and audit requirements.. . Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records for payroll, taxes, and audits.. . Collaborating with HR, accounting, and external payroll providers to resolve issues and optimize processes.. . Supporting employee onboarding by setting up payroll accounts and serving as a key contact for payroll-related inquiries.. . Monitoring and analyzing payroll data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.. . Ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.. . The ideal candidate will bring:. . 5+ years of experience in a multinational payroll environment, with proven expertise in payroll operations.. . Strong knowledge of payroll systems; experience with Workday, Safeguard, TMF Horizon, or Abacus is a plus.. . Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and related reporting tools.. . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.. . Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.. .
