Partnership Manager, Foundational Skills at Riverside Insights. As a Partnership Manager, Foundational Skills you will build strong district relationships, accelerate adoption of Riverside’s foundational skills solutions, and empower educators to understand each learner through research-backed assessments that reveal strengths and growth opportunities.. You will help districts access tools that meet the evolving needs of today’s classrooms and support Riverside’s purpose to grow the potential in every student.. In this role you will manage a healthy pipeline of district opportunities, expand adoption within existing partnerships, and drive consultative discovery that connects district priorities with clear value and measurable learner outcomes. You will collaborate closely with GTM, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver impactful customer experiences and inform territory strategy.. . Responsibilities. Manage a healthy pipeline of district opportunities for foundational skills solutions. Expand adoption within existing district partnerships and refer new business to internal partners. Lead consultative discovery to understand district needs and align Riverside solutions. Present clear value propositions tied to district priorities and learner outcomes. Navigate complex district sales cycles from discovery to contracting. Partner with internal teams to support strategy, messaging, and customer engagement. Maintain accurate CRM hygiene with timely forecasting and pipeline updates. Deepen expertise in Riverside’s foundational skills portfolio and competitive landscape. Represent Riverside at conferences, webinars, and district-facing events. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform territory strategy. Serve as a trusted advisor to district leaders and internal teams. Must-Have Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree. 3-5+ years of successful EdTech sales experience. Background in curriculum and instruction (assessment experience a plus). Proven success acquiring new business and managing complex district sales cycles. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to connect product value to district priorities and demonstrate ROI. Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Team-oriented mindset with a growth mentality and a can-do attitude. . Preferred Qualifications. Former early childhood educator experience. Familiarity with Riverside products such as CogAT, DESSA, ESGI, Iowa, and EasyCBM. Experience with consultative selling and scaling pilot programs. Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. . Physical Requirements. . Remote. Travel 1–2 times a year for off-site team meetings or conferences.
