Financial Operations.  – Support month-end closes, multi-entity reporting, reconciliations, and ensure GAAP compliance.. . . Property & Investor Management.  – Review property budgets, support investor distributions & cash flow forecasts, and coordinate K-1/1099 tax filings.. . . Compliance & Controls.  – Monitor lender, tax, and regulatory requirements; maintain audit-ready records; strengthen financial processes.. . . Team & Leadership Support.  – Oversee offshore bookkeeping vendors; assist U.S. leadership to ensure smooth finance operations.. . About You:. You are a licensed CPA (Philippines or U.S.) with a solid foundation in U.S. real estate accounting or audit.
