Business Development Representative (BDR). to join our EMEA team and help us drive growth across the region.. This role isn’t for the faint of heart—it’s for someone who thrives in the daily rhythm of outbound sales: . call blocks, cold outreach, and constant prospecting. . If you’re the type who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and winning the day, we want to talk to you.. What You’ll Do. . Prospect into target accounts using cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound tactics. . Own daily call blocks and structured outreach efforts—this role requires . consistent outbound motion every day. . . Qualify inbound leads and identify high-potential accounts for further engagement. . Set high-quality meetings and nurture early-stage opportunities to fuel pipeline for our sales team. . Partner closely with internal teams  to tailor strategies for target accounts across EMEA. . Track activity and manage pipeline through Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. . Hit or exceed monthly KPIs across call volume, meetings booked, and opportunities generated. . Who You Are. . . Motivated & Self-Directed: . What You’ll Need. . 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles. . Prior exposure to outbound sales, including cold calling, is . required. . . Strong communication skills and confidence in navigating conversations with senior decision-makers. . Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach/SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. . Background or interest in life sciences, SaaS, or STEM fields is a plus & highly preferred. . Willingness to work EMEA hours and adapt to regional nuances in communication and outreach. .
