
Sales & Marketing Representative at Valsoft Corporation. Asteris is a leading veterinary imaging platform (PACS/RIS/DICOM) serving small-animal and equine practices. Our cloud solution integrates with major PIMS partners and teleconsultation providers to deliver fast, reliable image management and specialist workflows worldwide. . Help grow revenue by sourcing and closing new opportunities, nurturing accounts, and supporting day-to-day marketing. Expect a mix of outbound prospecting, product demos, light proposal work, and hands-on content/social support. You’ll also represent us at 3–4 industry tradeshows per year. . What You’ll Do. . Pipeline & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new opportunities across small-animal and equine practices; book and run discovery calls. . Demos & Deals: Deliver crisp product demos (cloud PACS, 3D viewer, teleconsultation options, PIMS integrations); support proposals, contracts, and follow-ups. . Account Care: Build trust with prospects and customers; capture needs and translate them into solutions and next steps. . Marketing Support: Manage social channels, assist with content (posts, one-pagers, case highlights), and help run lead-gen campaigns. . Integration Marketing: Coordinate with partners on PIMS and teleradiology integrations; create co-marketing assets and announcements. . Events: Attend tradeshows; help with booth prep, live demos, and lead capture. . Reporting: Track activities, pipeline, and notes in Salesforce; share weekly insights on funnel health and campaign performance. . Success looks like: consistent activity, qualified pipeline growth, demo-to-opportunity conversion, clean CRM hygiene, and closed-won contribution. . What You Bring . Frontline veterinary background (preferred): RVT, veterinary nurse, vet tech, diagnostic imaging, or PACS/radiology workflow experience in a clinic or hospital. . Clear, confident communicator; comfortable running demos and handling objections. . Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce preferred), basic content creation, and social media scheduling. . Organized, curious, and coachable; able to work independently in a fast-moving environment. . Willingness to travel to tradeshows/industry events 3–4 times per year. . . Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Vet/related field preferred but not required; equivalent hands-on experience welcome. . . Nice to have: Understanding of veterinary practice workflows (reception → imaging → reporting → billing), PIMS, teleradiology ecosystems, or prior SaaS sales. . .
