We are currently looking for an Ed-Tech Implementation Specialist in the United States.. As an Ed-Tech Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting K-12 schools to maximize their use of educational technology. You will be responsible for leading the onboarding, configuration, and implementation of digital platforms, ensuring smooth integration with district systems. This role involves close collaboration with technology teams and instructional leaders to align implementations with classroom goals. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide training, and maintain strong relationships to promote adoption and advocacy. Lead and support K-12 district partners through setup, configuration, and successful implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms, including SAML-based integrations.. . Serve as the primary point of contact for technical onboarding, ensuring smooth integration with district systems (SSO, SAML, LMS, etc.) and minimizing barriers to adoption.. . Collaborate with district technology teams and instructional leaders to align implementations with educational goals.. . Troubleshoot and resolve technical setup issues with a customer-first mindset, escalating complex cases appropriately.. . Document all actions and maintain an accurate database of customer interactions and next steps.. . Run live programs for customers via Zoom, provide technical support, and manage post-program follow-up, including video editing and uploading.. . Manage data, including program registrations, attendance, and daily program updates and schedules.. . Support ad hoc tasks such as modifying landing pages and assisting with program updates as required.. . . Experience onboarding and implementing Single Sign-On services (Clever, ClassLink, SAML) is highly desirable.. . Experience with SaaS product support and technical troubleshooting.. . Knowledge of K–12 instructional technology and how digital tools are adopted by teachers, librarians, and district technology teams.. . Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems is a plus.. . Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.. . Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.. .
