As a Proposal Writer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales success by crafting persuasive and tailored proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and unsolicited inquiries from educational institutions and government entities. Your work will involve synthesizing complex information into clear, compelling narratives that align with company strategy and speak directly to client needs. The role operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that values collaboration, precision, and creativity. This is a temporary role from September 1, 2025, through January 2026, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.. . Accountabilities:. . Develop and tailor sales proposals and supporting materials for schools, districts, and state agencies.. . Write and revise proposal content to align with client specifications, company branding, and sales strategy.. . Integrate win themes, value positioning, and compelling narratives that strengthen proposal competitiveness.. . Source technical and strategic information from internal experts, databases, and public sources.. . Maintain awareness of trends in K–12 education and EdTech to ensure market-relevant proposal content.. . Contribute to and manage proposal content libraries, ensuring content is accurate and up-to-date.. . Collaborate across departments (Sales, Product, Marketing) to gather data and develop proposal content that reflects business goals.. . . . 3–5+ years of experience in proposal writing, content development, or similar writing-focused roles.. . Strong familiarity with proposal tools (Loopio preferred; others like RFPio or Qvidian acceptable).. . Prior exposure to K–12 education, educational technology, or government-funded programs is a plus.. . Experience navigating cross-functional, matrixed teams and managing complex deadlines.. .
