As the first role of its kind at Keeper, you will research competitor platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Thycotic to identify migration blind spots, develop strategies, and create repeatable playbooks and tooling that enable smooth customer transitions. You will focus on research, roadmap building, and enablement rather than day-to-day customer migrations, ultimately becoming Keeper’s internal subject matter expert on competitor-to-Keeper migrations. you will work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, and Implementation to reduce friction in competitive deals and deliver long-term customer success.. Responsibilities. . Pioneer Keeper’s migration strategy by researching competitor platforms and identifying technical blind spots. . Design migration approaches, frameworks, and playbooks that enable seamless transitions from CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, and other PAM solutions. . Develop reusable tools, scripts, and connectors (PowerShell, Python, APIs) to accelerate migrations. . Partner with Sales Engineering to de-risk competitive deals through technical validation and migration guidance. . Support Implementation when unique or complex customer migrations arise. . Train internal teams on Keeper’s migration capabilities, limitations, and best practices. . Provide insights to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap improvements that enhance migration success. . . . 5+ years in a technical engineering, support, or escalation role (e.g., Escalations Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant). . Hands-on experience with identity, privileged access management (PAM), endpoint security, or related solutions. . Familiarity with competitor platforms (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or similar) strongly preferred. . Proficiency with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, APIs). . Strong research and documentation skills; able to build internal playbooks and technical guides. . Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical findings to diverse stakeholders. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. . Preferred Qualifications. . Experience defining or executing competitive migration strategies in cybersecurity or SaaS. . Deep understanding of PAM concepts, endpoint privilege management, and application control. . Exposure to SaaS/cloud-native deployments and migration tooling. . Security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) a plus. . Company Location: United States.
