Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the construction industry through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with product inquiries, service issues, and order management with a focus on resolution and client satisfaction.. . Collaborate effectively with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure timely response and follow-up.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.. .
