Proactively identify and engage decision-makers across international markets, including the UK, Europe, North America, and Singapore. . . Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns through LinkedIn, email sequences, and strategic cold calling. . . Establish and nurture strong, consultative relationships with clients by understanding their global hiring strategies. . . Tailor outreach strategies to target key accounts and industry sectors. . . Partner closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless client handovers and service alignment. . . Manage your full sales pipeline with complete ownership of prospecting, follow-ups, and deal closures. . . Utilise your existing network to source warm leads and grow market reach. . . Contribute to strategic business development meetings to align efforts with organisational goals. . . Maintain accurate CRM records of all client interactions and sales activities. . . Qualifications and Experience. . Minimum 3 years of business development experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B services. . . Demonstrated success in working with UK-based or international clients. . . Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition practices across global markets. . . Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets. . . Highly self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, independent environment. . . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . . Proficiency with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools. . . Comfortable operating across multiple time zones. . .
