Oversee and organize high-volume email inboxes daily . . Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate data . . Track leads, monitor follow-ups, and ensure timely communication . . Calendar Management. . Manage executive calendars with precision and efficiency . . Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones . . Anticipate scheduling needs and resolve conflicts proactively . . Communication & Client Interaction. . Make occasional outbound calls to prospects with professionalism . . Maintain a clear and friendly phone presence with an American/European accent . . Draft and send polished communications on behalf of the executive . . Administrative & Operational Support. . Prepare reports, updates, and summaries as needed . . Support sales and marketing initiatives when required . . Provide general executive assistance to streamline daily operations . . What Does a Typical Day Look Like?. You’ll begin by organizing inboxes, prioritizing emails, and updating the CRM. Throughout the day, you’ll schedule and confirm meetings, draft follow-up communications, and occasionally connect with prospects by phone.
