As Director of Sales, Amazon Connect, you will take a leading role in building and scaling a world-class sales organization within one of the most dynamic areas of cloud and AI innovation. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape go-to-market strategy, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth by collaborating closely with Amazon Connect and AWS teams. You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership in marketing, sales engineering, delivery, product, and HR to establish best practices and accelerate market dominance. Develop and execute a go-to-market plan to establish the brand as a top partner for Amazon Connect.. . Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team aligned with growth objectives.. . Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality deployments and client satisfaction, creating strong references and long-term partnerships.. .
