Lead project teams of engineers, QA analysts, and product owners through Agile processes such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.. . Facilitate the creation and maintenance of project charters, technical documentation, and work breakdown structures.. . Track progress using tools like Jira or TFS; monitor sprint velocity, manage burndown charts, and report against project schedules.. . Identify and mitigate project risks including technical debt and architectural challenges.. . Ensure documentation is reviewed and approved per process, and all records are archived appropriately upon project closure.. . Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility on status, scope changes, and resource planning.. . Drive efficient use of technical resources, supporting productivity and on-time delivery across multiple teams.. . . Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering), project management certification, or equivalent experience.. . At least two years of project management experience in a software development environment; Agile/Scrum experience required.. . Strong understanding of the full SDLC and Agile methodologies; comfortable managing cross-functional teams.. . Experience using project management tools like Jira or TFS.. . Demonstrated leadership skills including servant leadership, facilitation, and coaching.. .
