Design and implement scalable dbt models that translate complex business logic into clear, documented datasets.. . Ensure high data quality by establishing robust testing, validation, and monitoring practices.. . Contribute to the semantic layer (e.g. LookML) to align and unify key business metrics.. . Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and business teams to clarify requirements and improve access to trustworthy data.. . Identify reusable logic and promote consistent modeling across domains and teams.. . Support warehouse governance through naming conventions, clear documentation, and data accessibility.. . Drive continuous improvement in the data architecture to ensure performance, scalability, and alignment with evolving business needs.. . . 4–6+ years of experience working with modern data stacks, especially with . dbt. , . BigQuery. , and semantic modeling tools like . Looker. .. . Expertise in building layered, reusable data models that support self-serve analytics.. .
