Manage customer inquiries regarding real estate listings, rental agreements, and property purchases via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.. . Provide information on properties, neighborhood insights, and market trends to potential buyers and renters.. . Assist clients with scheduling viewings, handling applications, and processing paperwork.. . Resolve customer concerns and inquiries promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Work closely with real estate agents and management teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.. . Stay updated on real estate regulations and market changes to provide accurate guidance.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.. .
