Source and attract top FMCG talent across international markets, particularly in the UK and Europe.. . Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand roles within sales, supply chain, marketing, and operations.. . Use a variety of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and referrals.. . Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.. . Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.. . Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).. .
