We are hiring for a People Partner Associate to support our people operations team ; who will be responsible for aligning business objectives with our employees and management in designated divisions. In this role, you will act as a consultant to management on various People Operations-related matters, serving as both an employee advocate and a change agent. You will collaborate closely with the HR team to deliver value-added services that align with our organizational goals and drive success for both management and employees.. Your responsibilities will include:. Serve as a key HR point of contact, aligning people strategies with business objectives and advising on HR policies and procedures. . Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting initial investigations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. . Assist with performance management processes, including reviews, development plans, and performance improvement efforts. . Coordinate with the recruitment team on hiring needs, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives. . Identify training needs and partner with the L&D team to deliver and evaluate development programs. . Provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters and support annual salary and bonus review cycles. . Contribute to organizational change initiatives by offering HR expertise, supporting communication, and facilitating adoption. . 1-2 years of experience in an HR role. . knowledge of HR practices and labour laws. . Experience in performance management, employee relations, and talent management. . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. . Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. . Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. . Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality. . Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. . Company Location: Nigeria.
