Key Responsibilities:. . Document physician-patient encounters in real time or from recordings (medical scribing). . . Accurately maintain and update . Electronic Health Records (EHR). . . . Prepare and manage medical documentation, patient intake forms, and clinical notes. . . Support physicians and providers with transcription, correspondence, and clerical tasks. . . Coordinate scheduling, follow-up appointments, and provider communications. . . Organize and maintain clinical and administrative records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. . . Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs, logs, and compliance checklists.. . Qualifications:. . At least . 2 years of experience in medical scribing and administrative support. (required). . .
