We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to lead multiple, high-impact projects in a dynamic, client-focused environment. In this role, you will oversee projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will mentor junior team members, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and strategic guidance. This position offers a fully remote work arrangement while requiring occasional travel to client sites. Accountabilities:. ·         Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring objectives, budgets, and schedules are met.. ·         Organize and coordinate project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.. ·         Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets, including Earned Value Analysis (EVA).. ·         Maintain project documentation, track decisions, and ensure compliance with client requirements and agreements.. ·         Provide technical guidance, resolve issues, and confer with team members to optimize performance.. ·         Coordinate activities with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and consultants.. ·         Oversee architectural, engineering, and construction aspects, including material approvals and on-site observations.. ·         Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide regular status updates to clients and management.. ·         Travel as needed for site visits, client meetings, and project oversight (approximately 20% of work time).. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.. ·         8+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.. ·         3+ years’ experience in project management with demonstrated leadership of complex projects.. ·         Licensure is preferred but not required.. ·         Strong organizational, planning, and delegation skills.. ·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.. ·         Ability to inspire and mentor junior team members while fostering collaboration across large and diverse project teams.. ·         Proficiency in project management tools and software.. ·         Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions while maintaining high performance..
