Accountabilities:. ·         Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring objectives, budgets, and schedules are met.. ·         Organize and coordinate project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.. ·         Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets, including Earned Value Analysis (EVA).. ·         Maintain project documentation, track decisions, and ensure compliance with client requirements and agreements.. ·         Provide technical guidance, resolve issues, and confer with team members to optimize performance.. ·         Coordinate activities with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and consultants.. ·         Oversee architectural, engineering, and construction aspects, including material approvals and on-site observations.. ·         Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide regular status updates to clients and management.. ·         Travel as needed for site visits, client meetings, and project oversight (approximately 20% of work time).. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.. ·         8+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.. ·         3+ years’ experience in project management with demonstrated leadership of complex projects.. ·         Licensure is preferred but not required.. ·         Strong organizational, planning, and delegation skills.. ·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.. ·         Ability to inspire and mentor junior team members while fostering collaboration across large and diverse project teams.. ·         Proficiency in project management tools and software.. ·         Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions while maintaining high performance..
